COACHING EDUCATION

In BV BASKETBALL ACADEMY, we believe that good coaching is essential for young players’ development, and that great coaches make all the difference in the quality of training. It is for this reason that we select the BEST COACHES for our camps.

When we choose coaches to work at our academy, we pay attention to every detail. It is a must that they have a good personality, a working attitude, and of course, excellent basketball knowledge. All our coaches are FIBA Licensed.

HOW DOES OUR COACHING EDUCATION PROGRAMME WORK?

There are 2 different options that your basketball association, club, or academy can choose from:

  1. Coming to your country and delivering a coaching seminar. Each seminar is tailor-made for each association, club or academy.
  2. As a webinar, by filming training sessions with a topic of your choice. We will film these training sessions and produce a basketball seminar. Once this seminar has been produced, we will forward it to you. After your coaches have viewed them, we could set up Q&A sessions via Zoom between the coaches of your association, club or academy and the BV BASKETBALL ACADEMY coach lecturer.

CAN WE COMBINE COACHING EDUCATION WITH A BASKETBALL CAMP?

Yes, we certainly can, and we have done this many times in the past. In this case, we would send our coach(es) to your country to deliver a basketball camp to your players.

During this camp, your coaches will have the opportunity to learn from the BV BASKETBALL CADEMY coach(es).

Additionally, during the camp, we can organize a seminar for your coaches in which the BV BASKETBALL ACADEMY coach(es) will talk and/or demonstrate any topic agreed upon in advance with your association/club/academy.

BV BASKETBALL ACADEMY – EUROPEAN INSTITUTE OF SPORTS CO-OPERATION

BV Basketball Academy is pleased to announce its cooperation with EIS – the European Institute of Sports based in Belgrade, Serbia.

BV Academy Director Bane Vukovic and EIS Director Professor Viseslav Krsmanovic made an agreement to cooperate in sports education by organizing seminars for coaches and players.

As Professor Krsmanovic and Bane Vukovic cooperated by organizing several sports seminars in Europe in the past, this will be a continuation of them passing on their experience to the new generation of players and coaches.

We are offering clubs and associations the possibility to learn from top professionals in the areas of:
